Who made this challenge

Lynne Sill, MSW

Exposure therapy specialist · CEO, Ever Brave Treatment Centers, Las Vegas

This isn't a generic self-help program. It was built by someone who has spent her career sitting with people who feel stuck in fear — and helping them get unstuck.

Lynne trained at the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute, the International OCD Foundation's intensive program in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) — the gold-standard approach for OCD. She went on to the Advanced institute, focusing on OCD alongside body dysmorphic disorder, hoarding and autism, and is certified through Behavioral Tech in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Prolonged Exposure. Since 1999 she has worked everywhere from adolescent residential treatment to leading the clinical team at Ever Brave.

  • MSW · University of Utah
  • BTTI graduate · ERP for OCD
  • Advanced BTTI graduate
  • DBT & Prolonged Exposure · Behavioral Tech

Every day of this challenge uses the same evidence-based methods Lynne's team uses in session, turned into seven short, doable steps you can start today — at your own pace, from anywhere.

Off the clock, you'll find Lynne on a boat, at a soccer game, or with her family.
