OCD THERAPIST IN LAS VEGAS

Specialized OCD treatment in Las Vegas

OCD is treatable. You don't have to keep living around it.

If intrusive thoughts, doubt, or the urge to check, clean, or seek reassurance are taking up more and more of your day, you're not alone. At Ever Brave, we specialize in exposure and response prevention (ERP), the most researched and effective treatment for OCD.

Our team is led by a graduate of the Behavior Therapy Training Institute and its advanced program, and every clinician is trained in the same evidence-based ERP methods, so you get specialized OCD treatment, not general talk therapy. We see clients in person in Las Vegas and by telehealth anywhere in Nevada.

Recognizing OCD

Does this sound familiar?

OCD looks different for everyone, which is part of why it often goes unrecognized for years. You might notice:

  • Unwanted thoughts or images that feel disturbing and won't go away
  • Needing to check locks, appliances, or messages again and again
  • Washing or cleaning until it feels "just right"
  • Asking for reassurance, or replaying conversations to make sure you didn't do something wrong
  • Avoiding people, places, or objects because of what your mind might do
  • Hours lost to rituals, mental reviewing, or trying to feel certain

If you recognize yourself here, it doesn't mean something is wrong with who you are. It means your brain has learned a pattern, and patterns can change with the right treatment.

Getting started

What to expect when you reach out

Reaching out is often the hardest part. Here's what happens next.

01

A free consultation

A short, no-pressure conversation about what you're experiencing and whether our OCD program is a good fit. You can ask anything.

02

A thorough assessment

Your therapist takes time to understand your specific obsessions, compulsions, and how OCD shows up in your daily life. Together, you set goals that matter to you.

03

Treatment with ERP

Step by step, at a pace you agree to, you practice facing triggers without doing the compulsion. Over time, the anxiety loses its grip and the urges get quieter.

Most people begin to notice changes within the first few months of consistent ERP, and many keep building on those skills long after treatment ends.

Your questions, answered

Common questions about OCD treatment

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. Ever Brave accepts most commercial insurance plans. Our team will verify your benefits, explain your coverage, and walk you through any out-of-pocket costs before you begin, so there are no surprises.

How long does OCD treatment take?

Most people take part in our program for about 10 to 12 weeks. Everyone's pace is different, though, and your treatment length is based on your goals and progress, not a fixed timeline.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. We offer telehealth anywhere in Nevada, so you can get specialized OCD care from home. Reach out and we'll help you figure out which options fit your needs and your insurance coverage.

How is ERP different from regular talk therapy?

Talk therapy often focuses on discussing thoughts and feelings. ERP is more active: with your therapist's support, you gradually face the situations that trigger your OCD while practicing not doing the compulsion. Over time, your brain learns the fear is manageable, and the urges lose their power. Talking things through can feel helpful in the moment, but ERP is what research shows actually reduces OCD symptoms.

Do I need to be on medication?

No. Many people do well with ERP alone, and some find a combination works best. If you already see a prescriber, we'll coordinate with them so your care stays consistent. If you'd like to explore medication, we can refer you to a specialist.
