Introduction to the 7-Day Anxiety Response Challenge
I’m really glad you’re here.
Turning toward your anxiety instead of pushing it away takes courage. Not the dramatic kind — the quiet, everyday kind that whispers, something about this needs to change. If you’re here, that courage is already showing up.
Over the next seven days, you’ll receive one email each day, and when you log into your account you’ll find a link for that day’s materials. Each day includes:
A short educational video
A fillable workbook PDF
Simple reflection prompts to help you slow down and notice what’s happening in your mind and body.
You can move through this one day at a time. Start with the video, then work through the workbook at a pace that feels manageable. There’s no reward for rushing. This isn’t about getting it perfect — it’s about practicing something new.
This challenge is a psychoeducational, skills-based experience designed to help you understand anxiety-driven worry and begin responding to it differently. It is not therapy or medical care and does not replace working with a licensed professional. You don’t need to fix yourself here. The goal isn’t to eliminate anxiety — it’s to build a different relationship with it.
If at any point you feel unsafe or begin experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, please seek immediate support. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If you are outside the U.S., please contact your local emergency services.
For now, just remember:
You are not broken.
You are not behind.
And you are not the only one whose mind gets loud.
Let’s begin.
