Day7: Relapse Resilience

Today we’re bringing everything together.

Over the past six days, you’ve started to understand how your nervous system responds to trauma, how avoidance keeps you stuck, and how new experiences can begin to change that pattern.

But here’s something important to know.

Healing is not a straight line.

There will be moments where things feel lighter—and moments where your body reacts like the past is happening again. That doesn’t mean you’ve lost progress. It means your brain is doing what it was trained to do.

On Day 7, we’re focusing on what comes next: how to continue this work in a way that is sustainable, flexible, and grounded in your values.

This is not about preventing triggers or never feeling activated again.

It’s about knowing how to recognize what’s happening and respond differently when it does.

Inside today’s lesson you’ll find:

• One short educational video
• A fillable workbook PDF
• Exercises to help you identify early signs and build a plan moving forward

Start with the video, then move through the workbook at your own pace. Today is about building confidence in your ability to keep going—even when things feel hard again.

You don’t need to have this all figured out. You just need a way to return to what works.

Remember: this challenge is a psycho-educational program designed to help you build skills, not therapy or medical care. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, please seek immediate support. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Today we’re not trying to eliminate triggers.

We’re learning how to move through them.
