Day 7: Relapse Resilience

You made it to Day 7. Pause for a moment and let that land. This week wasn’t about eliminating anxiety. It was about understanding it, responding to it, and beginning to relate to it differently.

Today, we bring everything together.

Inside Day 7, you’ll learn:

  • How to use structured worry time
  • How to build relapse resilience
  • What an “exposure lifestyle” looks like
  • How to maintain progress long-term

Anxiety may still show up. That’s not failure. That’s being human. What changes now is how you respond. Worry time helps you contain mental spirals instead of letting them run your day. Relapse resilience helps you expect setbacks without interpreting them as defeat. An exposure lifestyle means you continue choosing approach over avoidance — even in small ways.

Watch the video first. Then complete the workbook and take your time reflecting. As you finish today, consider: What feels different about how you understand your anxiety now?

You don’t need to feel “cured.” You need to feel capable.

And you are.

This program has been psycho-educational and skills-based. It is not therapy or medical care. If you are experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, please seek immediate support. In the U.S., call or text 988.

You can revisit any of these days at any time. You already had strength. Now you have structure. And that changes how you move forward.
