Day7: Relapse Resilience

Today we’re stepping back to look at the bigger picture.

Over the past week, you’ve learned how OCD operates — how the fear system becomes overactive, how certainty seeking keeps the cycle alive, and how approaching fear while changing your responses can begin retraining the brain. Real change doesn’t come from eliminating anxiety completely. It comes from learning that you can live fully even when uncertainty is present.

On Day 7, we’re bringing everything together. This final lesson focuses on how to continue practicing these skills beyond the challenge so that the progress you’ve started can keep growing over time.

Inside today’s lesson you’ll find:

• One short educational video
• A fillable workbook PDF
• Reflection prompts to help you build a plan for continuing the work

Start with the video, then move through the workbook at your own pace. Today is about recognizing the progress you’ve already made and identifying the small steps that will help you keep strengthening these skills moving forward.

You don’t need to have everything figured out today. Change happens through consistent practice, not perfection.

Remember: this challenge is a psycho-educational program designed to help you build skills, not therapy or medical care. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, please seek immediate support. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Today isn’t the end of the work.

It’s the beginning of learning how to keep moving forward.
